🎯 OPEN DIALOGUE WITH YOUTH

✍️ An open dialogue meeting between the management and young employees was held at the Phosphorite Concentrate Production Shop of Qizilqum Phosphorite Complex LLC.

✔️ The meeting was led by Ilhom Norov, Head of the Production Shop, and Muhiddin Kholbutayev, Lead Specialist for Youth Affairs.

📚 Held in a warm and constructive atmosphere, the meeting provided young employees with an opportunity to voice their proposals and concerns. The main issues raised included:

🔹 increasing employees' qualification grades;
🔹 improving the quality of drinking water in the workers' dormitory;
🔹 installing a canopy over the service area of the jaw crusher used to process ore residues discharged from the receiving hopper in the washing section.

📊 Each proposal and request was carefully reviewed by the responsible officials. Appropriate tasks were assigned, and a phased plan was established to address the issues raised.
